I had reported back a month or two ago that traveling on Alltel in MS that the caller ID and text messaging didnt work on the new Cell1 and Century Tel areas. This was as recent as the end of March, I was there last tuesday and all of them worked perfectly. Thats quick work.!

Alltel is doing good with upgrades. Be nice if the rest of the network was mobile to mobile For Verizon and vice versa. You can have In-Network calls outside the network

When I was roaming on Alltel in Valdosta, GA, over Easter, I had everything: voicemail, SMS, caller ID, and M2M calls. I could even dial *86.

Features were already working in most if not all Alltel markets, but these have only been up and running for less than a year, and the features werent working as of the end of march. So they got it in gear is what I was pointing out.
