Hello,

I just moved to a different apartment in the same city. So I went online and changed my address through VZserve right after my bill arrived in mid-December. Now, VZserve shows my new address, but CS calls me today and tells me that my January bill was returned to them. They were sending the bill to the old address but also to an apartment that doesn't even exist in the building! Has anyone else had these problems with VZserve? I could see if I had changed my address like a few days ago, but the address has been changed for close to a month.

I had the same thing happen to me when I went to college. I changed my address via VZServe, but the bills kept going to my permanent home address. I just called CS and had them manually change the address and told them that I would like my bills to be sent to the new address, and I haven't had any problems since.
