Default Carrier Advice Needed!

I'm looking to leave Sprint after 3 and 1/2 yrs. I'm not interested in all the Vision stuff... I just want a good reliable phone w/ decent coverage and battery life.

Who would you say has the best service overall? I was looking to chekc out Cingular w/ new deals, free phones, roll over minutes, etc... and then read a lot of negative feedback on general service.

Any input is appreciated!

Default Carrier Advice Needed!

I'm located in the Baltimore/DC region. The phone is my primary phone... serves as my home phone as well as work, etc. Therefore I would like a carrier w/ strong coverage... city/rural, in/out of buildings, etc.

thanks

From what I've heard Verizon Wireless has the best coverage in the Baltimore/DC area.

Go with Cingular and a Gait Phone the Nokia 6340i is your best choice it aint pretty and it does have some faults but this phone in the Maryland area is a good choice with either the Super home plan or the Nation gait plan. But of course this my oppinion and i am sure many will differ with me.And that is where the true problem lies with your question. You are really only going to find out for yourself by trying the diff carriers.

I appreciate your help! I'll check out Vzw. They can't be worse than Sprint! lol My primary issues w/ Sprint are customer service, pricing, and inconsistancy in network connection. This is why I'm just looking to go back to your basic cell phone. I don't need all the bells and whistles anyway!

Thanks again!
