Z520a Unlocked?

I just bought this phone. It's a cingular phone but its supposed to be unlocked. After I insert the tmobile sim card I get the meassage. "Insert correct smartchip."

I was able to check the smartchip lock info in the service menu. It says

network-------------- lock icon 5
network subset------- unlock icon 5
service provider------ unlock icon 5
corporate------------ unlock icon 5
extened------------- unlock icon 5

What do I do now?

you need to unlock the device
also you can unbrand if you want (check wotanserver or davinci)
