I was just wondering how to send and recieve pictures using IR since i have an IR port on my laptop.
I was also wondering how to send ringtones. if anyone could help me on this it would be great. i don't want to
use WAP because of the hefty fee's involved.

1. You need either a cable, IR or Bluetooth or the ability to recieve emails on your phone
2. There are programs free of charge to do the transfer, get sendfile from http://www.christersson.org/software_main.asp

3. If you want to sync your phone with Outlook using (1, not mail though) you can download XTNDConnect for free from Sony-Ericsson, see: http://www.esato.com/help/faq.php#pcsoftware
