Hey,

I am from the Bahamas and I purchased an Ericsson T28 World cell phone in New Jersey. It came with a SIM card provided by voicestream. But when I got home I lost the SIM card that came with the phone. There isn't anyplace in the Bahamas that I can purchase this card and as we all know if you don't have that card the phone wouldn't work. Do anyone know where I can purchase a card online or if I can buy one in Miami or someplace else. I really need this card because I can't do anything with the phone.

PLEASE HELP???

I had a very similar situation. I got my tri-band phone in Europe and when I returned I just walked into a VoiceStream Store with my phone in my hand and signed up for their service. They gave me a SIM Card, activated it with my new phone number and I left the store. No out of pocket expense. The next month I got the first of my normal monthly statements and have been with them since.

If you sign up for their service, they provide the SIM Card at no cost.
