Default t610 - Excessive Background Noise??

When driving on the road, it picks up excessive background noise. Sounds like a wind tunnel when speaking to the person. It is so bad that you can't hear the person sometimes and even occurs at slow speeds. Sounds great when standing stilll or on land. Other people report good coverage in our area but we are not getting this with this phone...

Anybody have any thoughts??
