T39m/T39mc Disassembly Reference (with pics)

Well, I searched the net and HoFo, as well as Esato Forum for instructions on how to disassemble a T39m/mc in order to change the cover/faceplate without much success. I did find scattered, brief descriptions on how to approach it, but nothing detailed enough to dispell my trepidation that I may destroy a perfectly serviceable (and expensive) phone.

So, I decided to give back to the community by describing how to (with pics) in a HoFo posting "T39m/mc Disassembly Reference (with pics)".

So, for all of you T39m/mc owners who have wanted to order that different colored cover/faceplate, or need to replace your current one, or those just curious, check it out.

Apparently, the directions also applies to a Ericsson T28's, of which I don't own nor have handled a model.
