Now that I have found a dealer who has this phone I need to clear up two issues. Can anyone here confirm that I will be able to use both Bluetooh and IrDA for dial-up networking? (Data/Fax mode.) What about a cable connection for dial-up networking? Also, one phone review I read (not sure if it was the z520a) said the phone had an unusually large AC adapter/charger. I'm used to the rather small charger that comes with the StarTac and the Nokia 6010 I purchased Monday when my Verizon StarTac would not work in So. Fla. Can anyone give me an idea of the size of the adapter/charger for the Z520a? Thanks. |

I think I posted that the charger was unusually large but keep in mind, mine has an adapter for the US plug because it has the European plug on it. Even w/o the adapter it is lararger than my Moto/Nokia/LG chargers, the biggest reason being the base of the plug is at right angles to the charger. I hope I made some sense. Here is a picture. PS: I am not sure if I mentioned this before but the camera button is on the side and is very easily activated, just something to keep in mind.

Wow! It does look big. The Motorola charger for my StarTac has folding prongs so it is rather small. But, I can live with this. Thanks! | |
