Trying to find best smartphone for business with: MS Office Suite (create, edit and view documents).

(Price not as relevant at this point.)
(Currently have PALM, Inc. Treo 650 - Carrier is ending service for all phones as of November 1, 2009.)

Features Needed:
#1 - Reliability,
#2 - MS Office Suite,
#3 - HSDPA and GSM Network compatible (traveling),
#4 - Touchscreen/Full Qwerty/HTML,
#5 - No Extreme Costs after initial purchase,
#6 - Satisfactory Customer & Tech Svc.,
#7 - Calendar & To Do Lists,
#8 - Email,
#9 - Messenging,
#10 - Camcorder/Camera.

Would appreciate any info/advice/suggestions/ideas you may have.

The first thing that comes to mind is the Tilt 2 from AT&T. I had the original Tilt and I loved it.

The tilt looks good on paper but it crashes about 4x per day-- many of the apps don't work properly. I would like to smash mine with a hammer.

Are you talking about the Tilt, or the Tilt2? I own a TIlt myself, and its very stable, but then again I ran it without the AT&T Bloatware. I have several friends with the TIlt 2 and they don't have problems either.
