keep in mind the subsidy code is linked to the phones IMEI number, one code will not work for all phones, however, there is a program you can run on the HTC Wizard (also known as the Tmobile MDA, Cingular 8125, Qtek 9100) called lokiwiz a simple google search will get you there. I believe current version is 0.2b or 0.2c it will also remove the CID lock (firmware lock) on the phone.
