Problem with picture upload

Hey folks,

For the past two days I have not been able to upload any pics from my 5300 to the Sprint site or look at the "online pictures" section from my phone. It tries to connect but after a few seconds it gives me a "error #20 please wait a moment and try again" message. When I try to connect using the web browser it gives me a "internal error - server connection terminated". What's up with that?!

My 5300 did that too, about two weeks after I got it. I spent nearly an hour talking to three different people from Sprint, including a technician, and none of them knew what error #20 was. They reset my account, had me reset the phone, and did who knows how many other things on their end. Their best advice was to "just keep trying every hour". After a couple of days, it miraculously let me go through with it, and since then it's only done it once. Their advice wasn't what I wanted to hear, but it worked itself out.
