My current Sprint contract is almost up (Nov). I really want a Sanyo 8100. Sprint has them. What I want to do is to use the phone on Sprint (PCS) and also on cellular digital. Will this phone work? If not, what one will?Text |

The 8100 is a tri-mode phone so it will work on 1900mhz, 800mhz and AMPS. I have had this phone since early May and have only seen it go into digital roam once!! The phone seems to look for Analog signal but I think that is they way Sprint's roaming agrements are set up!!
