Default 8100 upload picture error, any ideas?

I recently joined up with Sprint and got the new Sanyo 8100.

Everything seems to be working great except for one thing.
when I go to upload the pic to my pcs pictures acct. the pic gets to 99% uploaded, then I get an error message "Code C 1"

I've been up and down the Sprint website, through the FAQ's, and through the manual... and still haven't found any way to solve the problem.

I'm hoping some of you guru's can work your magic here.

thank you very much,
Joshua

I had the same problem. By process of deduction, I determined that it was one photo that was causing the problem. once i deleted that photo, i had no problems with the others. Why it was that photo, I have no idea but once it was gone, all the others worked perfectly.

Joshua,

You may just have to leave the phone on for a while and login on the website where your pictures are stored.

I ran into the same thing when I first got the phone. But after loging into the website and setting up my password and waiting a day, I had no problems with that error anymore. Not sure if you have to log into the website or not, but I suspect you do.
