I have that problem and see there is a software update. Can I download that myself or must I take it in to s Sprint store.

You have to go to a service store/center (normal retail stores do not have techs...the store locator on the website distinguishes them). Make sure you have the right version before you leave the store since they sometimes screw up and don't do the upgrade to the right version.
