Samsung Delve Questions

I have a Samsung Delve for US Cellular and am having a few small issues with it. When i try to login to myspace, email, whatever i can type in my username then when i click anywhere on the page like to go and enter my password it automatically clears my username. Same thing if i type in my password first then go to type in my username it clears my password.

I have already cleared my cache, cookies, and browsing history with no effects.

Does USCC have downloads blocked on the browser(internet)? If i go to places to download ringtones i can click on the download link on the webpage but it just acts like it isnt even there and doesnt load the next page or anything.
