Samsung Eternity bluetooth problem

Hi,

I recently switched to using a Samsung Eternity. Love the phone but there seems to be a problem
with the bluetooth. I paired my motorola S9 stereo headphone with it and it plays fine. Great audio but when taking a call the caller has a hard time hearing me tho i hear them just fine - loud and clear. They say i fade in and out. Same with my moto H700 ear piece. My question is has anyone experienced this? Could it be endemic to the phone or do i have a faulty phone? Perhaps there is a better bluetooth for samsung phone?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

That is exactly what happened to me, bluetooth would work sometimes for a period but always persons I talked to would eventually say your cutting in and out. Have tried multiple bluetooth devices and also sent phone back when it was new and got another new one. The second phone did the same.
