Default Omnia

So I got the omnia instead (the storm's screen/aceleromiter/click-the-screen-until-your-fingers-fall off didn't quite work for me).

Full review to come (give me a few weeks, anyone have any direct questions they want me to figure out?).

Quick and dirty review:
-Battery: good, used it right out of the box on the drive home (5+ hours, the girl was driving) and the phone lasted almost all the way home, mind you i was fiddling with it a lot. Now seeing how long it runs on a full charge.
-Signal: Good, as to be expected
-Sound: Speakerphone sounds GREAT. Other party no complaints.
-Camera: looks good on the phone's lcd, havent seen any of the pics on a monitor yet tho. Camera's a bit slow to load.
-OS: Fast and responsive, minor lag if you run to many programs at once. fix:close the programs!
-Touch Screen: responsive and surprisingly accurate, I feel like typed better/faster on the omnia then on the ipod touch. was able to compose some short emails with only 2 mistakes.
-Internet: Load time is faster then I expected depending on how involved the website is. Panning around and zooming is not as intuitive as the iPod Touch (ie: no 'pinch' controls, but does have kinetic scrolling. Opera does have a 'zoom feature' next to the scroll bar. haven't played with IE yet)

PS - Does ANYONE know how to get the phone to allow Google Maps to locate itself? I've tried EVERYTHING. (yes, i turned on location service)

Default Re: Omnia

I have a Samsung i900 Omnia and I am running Vista Ultimate on my PC. I can sync my i900 via ActiveSync using Bluetooth. But I can only do this manually. Does anyone know how I can get my i900 and PC to sync automatically0.....?
