I recently purchased this phone through ebay only to find out that the esn is locked. What can i do to flash the phone or unlock the esn number ? Any help would be great...  |

Sounds to me like someone had reported that phone lost or stolen and Verizon has that phone blacklisted. If this is the case there is probably nothing you can do to get the phone activated. -jay

Yeah I just found that out today...they said it had been claimed on insurance thats why the esn is locked. Sucks for me because the person I bought it from will not refund my money. I was reading about flashing the phone, if i get it flashed will it unlock the esn number?
