I've got an old X497 that I managed to unlock and have been playing with. I've found a couple info screens. I'm looking for cell IDs, but I haven't found anything clear yet.

Here's a couple I saw:
[*#8999*324#] on T-Mobile
0659 -78 28028
0679s21 17 017
0681s20 16 016
0670s16 12 012

[*#8999*324#] on ATT
0218 -62 48056
0210s44 44 052
0226s19 19 027
0225s17 17 025
0212s10 10 018

[#*5111#] on TMO
PI P0659-98 99
AS 3 NA 0 18
P99 T00 CfHfNN
TCH65535

On the first screen, -78 is the signal strength as it fluctuates appropriately. The other numbers just seem to count occasionally, ie the 2nd line becomes 0679s22 18 018 and so on. I think the numbers on the left are channels or some kind of site identifier. If I shield the phone it knocks it down to poor signal (-105) and only one listing. Holding it up for better reception shows more lines. The 600s are using a T-Mobile SIM (1900 MHz); using an AT&T SIM I get 200s (850 MHz), so I'm guessing channels.

I haven't noticed any fluctuation on the other screen, but matches the channel on the other.
