Connection Problem!!!

Hi. I recently bought a Sumsung D600 in Singapore, which included a wireless Bluetooth USB Dongle. After uploading the required software, and turning on my bluetooth on my phone, it still wont connect. After going through the process of finding out what is wrong, it seems that one of the sections in my Universal Serial Bus controllers, my computer did not recognise. I went through the computer help section, nothing helped, I then called up Samsung customer support - and THEY couldnt help because they dont have this programme in Australia yet!!!

When I click Properties on the Unknown Device - it comes up with "no drivers are installed for this device", and when I scan it again, still nothing!!

I dont know what is going on...but I would really like to find out what is happening. Thanks!
