if i upload my own background for my s105 to matrix M
will it send to it to my phone and i can use that image as my background?
is it the same for ringtones??
is there a fee from your service provider if u do that?

Yes, you save your stuff in a wap locker. From there is where you can go to get your stuff. I've had s105, & was able to put my own pics on the screen, pretty cool. There's no fee for doing this, but what you put up, it becomes public domain. Other users can see what pic you have. Guess this could be a bummer of sorts, but it's the only place I know that you can do this.

The ringtones, they have a bunch of free polytones. Some are good, great sounding on the s105. But the better ones, you do have to pay for. If you buy XX of credits, you get a discount. I paid $9.99, I got a 20% per tone I bought. So a tone that's $1.49 was like .79.

Read the posts in communities though. Matrixm is changing their format so all phones can use the site. So checking out what the users are saying will save you from spending on pics or polytones that don't correctly dowload to your phone.

I'll warn you, some pics & tones are too complex for the s105, so there is a chance you can lose money. You can gripe to the administrators, they may refund you.
