i just purchased my phone and i was trying to change the lock code, when i accidentally pressed a different number on the "re-enter code" section. so i was wondering if there was a way to re-activate the lock code without having to go in the store.. anyone know?

Been awhile since you post...you probably figured it out by now, but with Verizon, you dial *228 wait for the prompt and press 1. That should reset you code.
