Hey guys. I have an a310 with Verizon Wireless. I never had Verizon before, how the heck do I check my minutes usage from my phone? Thanks ahead of time.

It's not a stupid question at all, Cioni. Verizon has special services for things like this. Just dial #646 and enter your 5 digit zip code when asked. It will give you your minutes used ASAP. For customer service/technical support and everything else, dial *611. You'll go through a list of automated choices and you'll need to listen carefully your first few times. It will even tell you your current bill when you dial *611 + 1 + 1. Basically.. in case I'm confusing.. it goes like this: #646 = minutes used *611 + 1 + 1 = your current bill. Welcome to the Family. |

There used to be a WAP version of your minutes used on the old MyVZW homepage for your MobileWeb when they switched it to MSN, they lost this. Anyone know the actual web address it was so I could create a bookmark? Jef |

well now that sucks, i just called verizon. There is no way to check minutes right now besides the call timer, which is not very accurate at all. Even cust rep couldn't. They're currently "updating."
