S105 X426 Sending Key tones and Using In-Call Options

I was wondering if anyone would know why you would not be able to access the In-Call menu (the one that allows youto place a call on hold or send key tones during a call) when specific numbers are dialed.

I noticed that somtimes when I call certain, but not all automated phone systems, such as a bank or my car insurance company, I am unable to to select the menu optons with my S105. I other words when the voice says "press 1 for sales", I could sit there and press 1 all day and nothing happens.

I read in the manual under In-Call options that if that happens, you press the "options soft key", during a call (the left soft key) and I can access a menu that allows me to use feature called "Send Tones" and this allow my button presses to be aknowledged by whatever automated phone system I'm calling.

I have noticed that only when I call AT&T activations 888-288-4202 from both an S105 (T-Mobile) or an X426 (AT&T with an AT& SIM), I can not access the In-Call options menu at all.

It doen't seem to matter if I'm calling from a T-Mobile or AT&T phone. Another guy at work uses a Sony-Ericsson to call the same number without a problem. So it's not just because I'm calling from cell phone.

do you know how to clear the ringtones from the samsung x426? in trying to download more ringtones but its saying phone memory full!
