hi everyone...i just got a samsung a530 for my birthday from verizon...and i cant set up the voice mail!! i follow the directions, but when i call my number or the *86 for voicemail, my line is just busy, nothing about my voicemail comes up. i also tried shutting off my phone and calling my number from another phone to set it up, but no luck with that either...if anyone has information on this, please respond!! thanks so much!! |

I had the same problem when I set up service with verizon. They most likely did not set up voice mail for your phone. Call customer service.
