Need help with Samsung A 310: initial programming

Without knowing anything about cellular phones, I tryed to activate trough MENU + 6 + * and when I relized that I was inside the phone I turned off and a message appears now "Initial Programming needed!". I am in Argentina and there are no soft and hardware to take the phone and solve the problem. Does anyone know how to do that or reset the phone (I reset the phone as tje owner manual says but nothing happened, the message is still there). thks,
