This thread is invaluable. Thanks to the OP for creating it. I've been looking for original Moto ringtones from an old V551 I had.

Thanks again.

There is a data cable made for it, but it seems silly to get it for just one ring tone. Although I would prolly do it. Other than that, a quiet room, your computer, a microphone, and record it to an mp3. Plenty of software to boost and tweak it after that. That's my current suggestion

I actually bought the cable years ago to manage the contacts, I still have it, but I don't know how to access anything other than contacts. It is a verizon model. If there is some software I can use to extract the midi files that would be ideal.
I bought this one from Verizon about 4 years ago.

That phone was before my tweaking time, but I will find out how to get it and get back to you. Don't dissappear on me.

How disappointing...I would get it off of my RAZR myself, but I know nothing about RAZR hacking.

No such luck. I do get communication when trying other models but of course it causes an error due to incompatibilities. When selecting 'Other CDMA' there are no options available.

Any other suggestions?

I wonder if anyone has any of the vocal ringtones form the T-Mobile Motorola V195. Or Source and Techbeat from the Verizon Motorola Q 9c? Or even the MP3 version of This is Techno from the poor ill fated Cingular ROKR?

BTW, I also did a remix of This is Techno. Well...more remake. lol Tell me what you think!

I'm not familair with that model Motorola phone, but you'll probably have to convert it to an mp3 first.

Hi there!!

Im new here and would so much like to add my two favourite ringtones - Digital Signal and Spooky (Alert File 107) to my new motorola phone that i recently purchased but haven't got a clue how to do this!!

I have selected the Digital Signal attachment below, which will play on my Windows media however when trying to add it through my USB port it will state error! I've even tried to see whether I could add it using my usb port to my samsung.

Please help!!
