if anyone doesnt 'get' how to enter these on the T720, all you do is press the key shown the # of times shown. so if its 7 3333 00, you just press seven once, three threee times and zero two times. its simple, but I didnt get it at first..

I am a little confuse on where do you press these codes? Like what is the screen showing, and will the numbers be displayed like the same as you are dialing a number? Does it matter if you have verizon t720 or at&t t720? Thanks in advance.

ok.... for those who dont know..... go here in your phone: MENU >> MEDIA CENTER >> MY TONES >> [New Tone] Then Enter in the Name in the required area. Then go into the notes area.... what you do then is just press the numbers as I have written them.... for example.... if you were to see this.... 7 3333 00 5 7 would be pressed ONCE 3 would be pressed FOUR times 0 would be pressed TWICE and 5 is pressed ONCE just continue on untill all the keys a pressed.... when you get going it should take around 2 or 3 minutes to enter each song.... good luck [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] |

guys, I wont take requests like that.... please read my previous post. You must post the Nokia RTTTL code for the ringtone for me to convert it into a Keypress format for the T720. Im not about to go searching all over the net for these RTTTL codes!! Thats what you guys need to do, then post them back here... a good site for RTTTL codes is www.totalgsm.net, just browse or search for what you want.... then post the RTTTL format of the ringtone back here. |

have you actually tried that converter? I found that months ago... and it did the rounds on this Forum also.... but I cant get it to work. It always sounds wrong, or too slow on the T720. If anyone has got a ringtone to work using that stupid online converter... post back here because I would really like to know. |

I know this might be really hard for you to do.... but try this: 1 >> Grasp your mouse with what hand you prefer. 2 >> If you have a Wheel on your mouse, go to 3, if not go to 4. 3 >> Gently ROLL your mouse wheel so it takes you to the middle of this thread. I understand that you press the number the amount of times it is in that group but it appears that your example only uses numbers like: 7 3333 5. Note that they are all the same numbers within the group. So what about numbers that are different within the same group? i.e. 344 744? Perhaps if you tried to understand where the confusion in my question lyes, you could save the time and energy you spent trying to sound clever.
