I've got the motorola v60i and i was wondering how to imput the song into the phone? for instance...if it says 00 4400 222333

do you just press the numbers accordingly so it shows qh or should it shows...qhGRqhABCDEF? Or do you do it another way? Can anyone please let me know? Thanks

It's entirely possible I'm wicked retarded, but can't quite get the hang of inputing these ringtones. I navigate to the proper location quite easily, however the input of the numbers doesn't seem to match up. I've attempted to follow the owner's manual but it isn't really clear. For example when attempting to input the character 4 as listed in the Gilligan's song, you get the choice between two letters R or G, the number 4 doesn't appear on the screen, also how do you input the 0? I found the # sign easy enough and do you put spaces in or is that to make it easier to read on the computer screen? Good old Nokia, you just download the ringtone as a sms and all done.

totally ignore what the phone readout is saying! if you see 222 44 3 # 227 You would push 2 thre times quick, 4 twice quick, 3 once, the # once and then 2 twick and 7 once quickly. Just push the buttons listed and ignore what the phone is saying. At the end the readout will look something like 3r4#5e*d2. or whatever it will be for that song. Just punch the numbers in quickly and you should have no problem.

Hello - first time writer, so bear with me. I've received a lot of help with my V60i on this page and apperciate all the input. I'm still having difficulties with the keypresses. I'm rockin' a v60i from attt and I've found few keypresses that actually sound good on my phone. So if someone is out there with the hallowed converter I'd apperciate a few copy and pastes so that I can finally have the simpson's theme song on my phone.
