Default Silver RAZR V3 Now Available for T-Mobile

For the T-Mobilites out there who have been waiting anxiously for this phone to arrive, it is now showing up on their site. I am in SoCal, so at least it is available here. Should be everywhere else as well.

It's pricey at $199., isn't Cingular giving this phone away?

About time, T-Mobile had a cool phone. Cingular always seem to get the best phones. IMHO, Razr is the best phone for reception.

T-Mobile had/has some pretty cool phones. The Motorola A630 is pretty sweet as is the Nokia 6600, Nokia 6800, Motorola v600, Motorola v70, Sharp TM 150, Samsung P735. I like the Samsung E315 and Nokia 3220 but they're just typical handsets not so much, 'cool,' or whatever. I don't think the RAZR is the be-all-end-all of 'cool' handsets. I think the phones that are released in the next 3-5 years are going to make the RAZR look like the DynaTAC.

Agreed, just think what Motorola will have come up with by then...first the Startac, now the Razr, in 5 years?.....

Yeah, I mean, if you look at the Moto Timeline (Motorola Timeline) you can see that the period between major innovations is getting shorter. It was only one year between the release of the v600 and the V3 so you can only imagine what is coming next.

According to Crain's Chicago Business the Motorola Scalpel will be 7 mm thick. So your dimensions will be huge by that year.

Also add WiMax support, what is now being called 4G.
