v3xx security code help!

I changed my security code before I got a new phone and stopped using my razr v3xx.
Someone wants to buy my phone and I need to reset the phone but I can't without the security code!
I am aware it has the unlock code as well as the over-ride security code but I don't know either of them now! it's been too long since I used my razr.
I know the security code was default set at 000000 but I changed it and now I can't remember it.

Is there anything I can do to master-reset the phone or perhaps a factory-set security code over-ride code?

flash it at the store they can reset everything back to default...

They can't do that without the security code.

not sure who your carrier is but the one I work for can. most of the flashing we do is to get the security codes. your not the only one who has forgot what they changed it to..

Well my local AT&T store said they couldn't do it without the code.
Any advice?

I have a friend whom works with AT&T whom stated that Motorola might be able to help. At&t is a GSM company so it seems they have different procedures than our store has. Sorry! Wish I could be of more help.
