Hi all, I recently broke my razr, and then lifted one from the lost and found at work. Phone works fine except for 3 things...
-Whenever i check my voicemail, ill get a blank txt from random characters (a triangle and @)
-Voicemail icon never goes away at the home screen
-picture messages will not send

any ideas?

hmmm could be the reason the person that it belongs to didnt try to hard to find it and how could someones cell be put in a lost and found where I worked if we found a miss placed cell phone we always called someones name on the phone like MOM DAD Hubby and such to let them know we had the phone. Its easy to find the cell phone owner. After all you do have their phonebook.

I don't know why I missed this before. THe phone has been hacked to allow manual network selection. The VM issue is a byproduct of that. Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to "un hack" the phone. Not a process I would recommend to beginners.
