First of all you have to determine whether USCC will allow you to use a phone on their network that they didn't sell. Some carriers have a policy that they will not activate any handset on their networks that they do not/did not sell even if the same model is available at their stores/is available. You should contact USCC and see what their policy is. If they will not allow you to activate a handset not sold by them then you're out of luck.
