I just purchased a new v3xx from ebay. When I got it ,I went to charge the battery right away and it said battery fully charged. I thought that was strange because it says in the book they need to be fully charged first. The battery was not in any wrapper when I received it. The phone worked fine the first couple of days and then said battery was low. I put it on the charger and it will not charge. It keeps beeping saying it is charging but it has been on the charger for close to 12 hours now.
