|  Motorola Phone Tools with RAZR Phone
We installed the Phone Tools software and are not able to get Media Icon on the software because we don't have VCast. We have Verizon phone service. Someone on an earlier thread said that you need to put an "M" in the phone string. How do we do that? Is this in the software or the phone?
