what should i do now? iwant to make more memory and enable video more than a few seconds. and whatever else is cool or useful. i could use a guide but dont now which to do next or where its at

Hope to get suggestions for MODS to update software /fimeware and the order in which to do them {is order important}? :
ps i have the tools but the install order and which mod to choose leaves me stuck

i unlocked / unbranded a v3 and it had a suncom chip in it.i put in my cingular chip and it works .
the phone was flashed back to 7.do? from its org. 8.26 bootloader to enable unlock fix
