I had enough problems just figuring out how to load music. As a media phone the v3m is very hokey. I have Phone Tools, but would like to sync with Windows Media Player. I have WINXP. I have seen people refer to "Get it now". I don't have that on my phone. I also notice some people use special drivers. I would like to use Phone tools and WMP on the same phone and computer. I sync alot with MS Outlook. Fred
