Razr Charge problem

I have had my new Razr for not very long.About 3 months well now when I plug it in to charge it starts to charge with the little red battery icon and then in about 1 minutes it goes to 2 bars and then it says Charge Complete.I have tried 2 batterys and they both do the same things

CALL YOUR CARRIER AND ASK THEM TO WALK YOU THROUGH RESETTING YOUR PHONE... THIS MAY OR MAY NOT WORK... IT'S A 50/50 CHANCE THIS WILL RESET THE BATTERY MEMORY IN THE PHONE

This may or may not help. Power the phone down, remove the battery for about 20 sec., reinstall it and power it back up. This will fix many of the random problems that plague cell phones.

If the phone is that new and taking the battery out for a few minutes doesn't work just call your carrier for a warranty exchange on your phone.
