Hello,
This is my 1st post - I hope I do it right.

Just received a motorazr maxx ve (through Verizon).

1-entered my contacts - no problems
Note: multiple contacts have the same number w and extension
Example: Arron Johns 678-123-0000w168
Mike Peters 678-123-0000w170

Problem:

I place a call to Mike Peters 678-123-0000w170 and the display will show

Arron Johns 678-123-0000w170

The phone number is correct but the name is wrong.

Has anyone seen or heard of this problem - or know of a fix.

Im assuming Verizon has programmed your new Maxx with your existing contacts and user info?

Thts the problem with CDMA providers, they may have errored when flashing the phone.
