|  AT&T Motorola V3 GSM
I Am Having problems getting my Motorola Phone Tools 4.0 to work.It keeps saying, Device driver software was not successfully installed.Found but encountered an error while attempting to install it.Also says,A service installation section in this INF is invalid, if you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software.I have a new computer with Windows Vista,and i also just installed Norton 360.Anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be.I purchased the MPT at the AT&T store they said it was real easy.HA Thank You KatieR3

Yes i've read where MPT does not get along with MPT, not sure if installing the newest version would make it work, i've read where it does just the opposite so you might be better off using an older version.
