Razr Sceen is Frozen and the Buttons don't work. HELP!

2 nights ago I had accidentaly left my phone on overnight on all sounds off. Then In the moring it died on me. So I went to my charger turned it on, plugged it in and left.

When I came back my RAZR was flipping out on me. Whenever I closed the phone the light would not turn off but instead switch to a dark gray fuzzy screen. When I open it, the screen is froze on the wallpaper and none of the buttons or keypads are working. Not knowing what to do and not being able to turn it off normally, I unplugged the battery and tried it again. Same problems. So I took out the battery again and left it out overnight.

This morning I put the battery back in and tried again. Same problems with now every once in a while the menu will come up when I try to hit it and sometimes the volume control will come up when I hit those buttons. After about a second or two it freezes up again and around 30 seconds later it goes back to the home wallpaper screen.

I don't know what to do and I am low on ideas. I would love any solutions, suggestions, tips, stories, whatever. Anything Helps!

Your only real option is to go ahead and have the phone troubleshot by your carrier, I sincerely hope that you're still covered under the warranty because just to venture a guess it's fried.
