I used skinman to put "zamurai_x4popnyd" skin on my v3m Verizon and after power down and power up selected new skin and skin only partly loaded and now most of my buttons will not work

That is because you can not skin the VZW Razr. With there custom UI you can not add skins like you can to a phone with the Moto UI. Only way to actually skin a VZW RAZR is to flash the phone to either a leaked Alltel or Vivo flash that uses the Moto UI.

What you need to do is get into the phone using BitPim, or p2kcommander ( don't forget p2kcommander needs MSU or PST running to work) and delete the skin you added. Once you do that you need to do a Master Reset to the phone, now seeing as the menus don't work because of the skin the only way you can do a Master reset is to either fine Radiocomm and get it to see you phone and use it to do the master reset. Or use MSU or PST along with Motokit and use it to do the Master reset.
