I have a V3M (Verizon) that will not stay turned off, it reboots sometimes after 10 minutes sometimes immediately, the red dot is red (humidity I think, it hasn't been drenched).
No mods to origional firmware, downloads, etc. any Ideas

Replace it? Used RAZR's are plentiful and I'm of the mindset to get your contacts off your current phone and transfer them to a replacement while it still turns on.
