Angry Mobile TV and a V3M

Hello!

I have a V3M and with revol. I downloaded the brew app called MobiTV. It will play for about 10 -12 seconds or so and then it pauses. After a minute or so it starts itself back up for another 10-12 secs. I spoke with tech support @ Mobi and revol and neither one really wanted to help. Mobi said that revol is not one of their supported carriers, and revol claims that I need to contact the mfg'er - its a catch 22!

This application uses an average of 100Kb of data per minute or 1MB/10 minutes. Maybe its an internal memory issue? I have a gb TF card but dont know if that really matters. I really think its a slick concept and would love to get this to work like sprint tv. Please offer some advice.

Thanks to all you Guru's!

Ok we can rule out that ummm...it may be a storage issue, have you tried to move large items to your memory card or if your phone is configured to run apps off of your card, reducing clutter on your card?

Thought of that too. When I go to manage apps I do not have the option to move the app to storage device. I can swithch storage devices for pic' vid's and music though, and have 31126kb of free internal memory.

Signal Re: Mobile TV and a V3M

um...im not really sure it may be just that your phones "processor" isnt fast enough to support the applications needs but im not so sure just wait on someone who knows a little more about this app can help...is their a setting on the app itself where you could reduce the quality for better proformance or something like that, thats all i can think of.

unfortunately no, you cant mess with its properties - it doesnt give you the back door in.

As far as the processor---good point. Where or how do I find that info on the phone?

I started really thinking about what you asked before and called my carrier, my network is not evdo, but the phone is. So this is where the problem lies right? no way around it?
