|  Internal Wallpaper problem
I found this cool picture online and made it my wallpaper. However when I made my wallpaper, it is extremely blocky and zoomed in. Ive tried resizing the picture but it still doesnt work. The dimensions of the picture are 480x360 and it is a GIF (i converted it to a JPEG to see if it works but it doesnt) and use MPT to transfer the picture and I tried resizing it with Photoshop. Phone details on the left.

On mine, if it is too big you just change if you want it to fit-to-screen, cetered, or tile. And then just choose what one looks best. I dont know if you can do this seeing as you have Verizon RAZR. But, for me...You go to setting>Personalize>Wallpaper>Layout. Then you just choose it from there. Hope this helps!
