So my boss dropped her prepaid razr at my desk today. Saying she could not make calls. so i tried dialing and i got the message enter ten digit phone number followed by the # sign. So i did that and it worked. Does anyone know what causes this to happen and how to fix it? does she have to get more minutes or is it because she possible roaming? please help thanks sean

Sounds like the phone is either roaming or it was assigned an area code outside of the home area.
