I just got a KRZR and followed the directions in the manual AND in the media kit I bought to upload music. I Ripped the music off MY CD's and synched them to the phone, they appear on my phone but when I try to play them it pops up with that "License Aquisition Failed" msg. I even tried buying a song off V-cast and synching it up. It won't download off the site so I can synch it up to my phone. H E L P! Please!!

Welcome to WA! Ok when you ripped the songs from your cd to the computer did u happen to make sure they were unprotected. Go into Windows Media Player click tools -> options then go into the rip music tab. Make sure the "copy protect music" box is unchecked and then try re ripping your music. If this is still an issue try contacting verizon b/c you may have to get an update for your phone if necessary. Good Luck.
