Where on your phone did u look? Did u go into Get Tunes and Tones? Or were u looking in the Verizon Media Player? Also, usually there is a character length restriction where file names longer than 33 +/- characters will not show up, so check that as well. When u go into File Transfer Studio, look in the /audio folder and see if u see the file listed in that folder.

My KRZR K1m doesnt have Get Tunes and Tones, only My Ringtones (I think that is new) and I looked there and they still don't show up and it has less than 32 characters and i looked in the audio folder and they show up there as .mp3 files but they don't appear on the phone...

I can transfer them using MPT and they show up in the SOUNDS folder. However i don't get the APPLY AS RINGTONE on mine as it's blocked by my provider. Really bugs me that they can do this. It's all about the money. Iv'e already bought and paid for the CDs i want to rip the songs that i want as my ringtone so shouldn't i be able to use it?????? Besides there are some local bands that i like to use as my ringtone and now i can't. OK sorry for the rant but this is one feature i like to use. |

What Has Worked For Me Is Using P2k Commander And The Msu Running In The Background. Once You Have The Msu Running And It Has Found Your Phone You Can Then Open The P2k Commander, On The Right Section Of The Csreen Open P2k Phone. It Will Then Show A Directory A Open That. Next You Will Have To Go Down To Delete My Tone Db. This Will Allow You To Put In Your Ring Tones And Make The Phone Think You Purchased Them. Now Go To Motorola Directory, Find The Shared Folder Click It, Then Go To My Ringtones. Once You Have That Open On The Right Side You Canopen Whatever Directory In The Computer You Want But They Have To Be Mp3 Files You Can Then Copy Them To The Phone By Clicking Them Once Then Hit Copy. Then Restart And You Are Set. Hopoe This Works For You Like It Did Me
