|  USCC V3m questions (yeah im a newb!)
So I'm coming from Sprint with a treo 700wx to USCC with a red V3m. I've been reading about this alltell flash and such. Is it worth it for my phone? What exactly is it? pros/cons etc.... Thanks in advance!!!! |

A guy I work with has the Sprint v3m, and while it has a few more features than the Verizon f/w, I still think it is restircting somewhat. You still cant use custom skins. If I personally were to rate functionality, it would go Alltel/USCC, then Sprint, then Verizon. USER friendliest however probably goes Verizon, then Sprint, then Alltel/USCC. Thats just my opinion however. I like the Java on the Sprint V3m, but it comes down to customizing it with skins, etc, and having the best netword, servicewise w/ Verizon. I think if I couldnt have flashed my phone to Alltel, I would have switched from Verizon to someone else.

I got a USCC V3M recently also, I can't seem to figure out how to modify the GUI/get new skins/themes.. everything I see on forums is for what sounds like broken verizon phones? |
